Working with industry stakeholders, SkillsEQuipped undertakes projects to identify, forecast and respond to current and emerging skills needs and workforce challenges.
We work collaboratively and holistically across the skills system, including collaborating with other Job and Skills Councils, considering cross-sectoral skills needs and economy-wide concerns.
Through these projects we develop potential solutions to workforce challenges that may take a range of forms, including but not limited to development of training products.
Stakeholder engagement is a critical function of our work and as such we host a wide range of forums, roundtable discussions, webinars, events and other stakeholder engagement activities to gain feedback and insights from the industry we partner with.
